About ten meters apart, Flossie Wright wasn’t far from her. There were indeed many obstacles below, but logically speaking, there was no need for Flossie Wright to make any sound for her to notice her presence.
This girl’s hiding skills...
Are simply incredible.
It wasn’t until Flossie Wright came up to her that Daisy Deacon responded indifferently.
"I encountered an assassin on the way, which delayed me a bit," Flossie Wright raised an eyebrow and explained to Daisy Deacon.

"..." Daisy Deacon’s mouth twitched, unable to hide the surprise in her expression, "Where?"
Stopping her steps, Flossie Wright looked back and then pointed in a direction, "There."
Not too far from there, it was a densely wooded area, a place with virtually zero visibility. Daisy Deacon didn’t notice the situation there at all when she was inspecting.
"... Good or bad?" After a moment of silence, Daisy Deacon asked.
"Don’t know," Flossie Wright shrugged.
Andrew’s house is nearby. Flossie Wright, based on what the villager said, did a little reconnaissance over there to determine Andrew’s location. Then, to avoid being detected, she didn’t dare to follow the path up the mountain but climbed up directly using the trees, only to unfortunately run into a sniper lying in ambush there.
The person didn’t wear a uniform, likely an assassin by background, targeting someone in the village. But upon seeing her, he wanted to kill her, so she dealt with him on the spot.
After all—
Both had killed countless times, so it didn’t matter who killed whom; meeting in the underworld is just a matter of time.
"Your gun," not wanting to inquire further, Daisy Deacon handed the sniper rifle to her, "I’ll lure, you snipe."
"Be careful."
Flossie Wright straightforwardly took over the sniper rifle.
Daisy Deacon nodded solemnly.
Pausing, Flossie Wright thought of something and asked, "Half an hour, is that enough?"
Daisy Deacon made an "OK" gesture towards her.
And so, the two parted ways to act separately.
Flossie Wright wanted to finish quickly, according to the route, Perry Reed and Glenn Hutchinson should soon arrive as well. Once they got here...
Things wouldn’t be simple.
It was better to quickly take care of Andrew, to avoid any more trouble.
It rained the whole afternoon, and now it seemed to be pouring down even harder, without any pause. It severely affected the accuracy of the sniping, but Flossie Wright chose a spot with an excellent view, so she wasn’t too worried.
Standing under a large tree, Flossie Wright placed the sniper rifle on a tree branch, aiming the gun through the night vision device at the house where Andrew was located.
Without any communication equipment, Flossie Wright and Daisy Deacon couldn’t communicate when taking action, couldn’t report updates, or even discuss any change of plans temporarily. All actions had to rely on their mutual understanding.
Flossie Wright squinted her eyes slightly.
Raindrops as big as peas fell pattering from the leaves, dripping onto her hair, ears, neck, collar... all heavy obstacles in front of her seemed to dissolve into nothingness.
Flossie Wright’s fingers tightened slightly.
She had never doubted the success of this mission!
This was a battle destined to win!
No matter how many unexpected events might occur during this time!
The first sound erupted, suddenly exploding in the quiet village!
Flossie Wright held her breath and focused, seeing through the scope that the direction where Andrew was located shook as if hit by an earthquake.
