The other was familiar to Flossie Wright, the cook from their class.
Officer Lin, who was sitting on a stone bench watching them review, glanced over and sternly said, "Speak slower!"

"This is the situation," the cook caught his breath and calmed down. "Two female soldiers asked Janice Wood to practice military boxing in the field. Agnes Parker’s angry voice could be heard from a distance, sounding like a ticked off rabid dog.
The icy air around Flossie Wright thickened.
In the crowd, Winsley Scott’s face turned pale at the humiliating comments. He clenched his fists tightly, but two teammates held him firmly, stopping him from breaking free.
Rowdy Brightwill, who had just made his way through the crowd, heard the comments. Normally a cheerful person, his face now stiffened and his fists clenched tight.
Insulting Flossie Wright and slandering his brother... they needed a lesson!
Before he could respond, an unexpected figure reacted first. Agnes Parker was sent flying back with a swift and powerful kick, landing two meters away with a thud.
Agnes Parker groaned in discomfort, feeling as if her organs were all mixed up. But before she could see who had kicked her, a familiar foot landed heavily on her chest again.
